Sub:-Notification for counseling for filling up of vacant seats for the academic session 2023-24-25.
Ref :- letter no DSDD/401/trgs/23/2498-2589 Dt: 11-08-2023.
The short fall/resultant seats of different trades of this institute ((one year/2 year) courses under normal /self finance mode session 2023-24-25 are to be filled by on spot counseling conducting on 12-08-2023 at 11 am.
All those concerned candidates who are interested for admission in the said trades are hereby informed through this medium of this notice to attend office of the undersigned on schedule date and time along with original/Xerox copies of documents/requisite fee as per norms. Subject to the following conditions:-
1. The first preference will be given to those candidates who have already been selected in round 1st and round 2nd but not reported to this institute well in time due to their some reasons.
2. If the seats will remain vacant in any discipline/ course. The preference will be given to those candidates who have applied for admission under online mode but not selected in Round 1st and round 2nd.
3. If the seats will again remain unfilled/vacant, the offline application mode shall be operational accordingly applications are also invited from the desirous candidates’ and consideration will be given under proper criteria.
